The following error messages may be reported during setup
- 17 Directory not valid
The directory containing isetup.exe cannot be used as a working directory.
This may be related to permissions or network drives. Load (or move) the software
to a local directory and use privileged user (eg Administrator under Windows NT).
- 18 Failure to create configuration file
You may not have write access to the directory (and you need it) to create isetup.dat.
Perhaps you need to use a privileged user (eg Administrator under Windows NT) and a local
directory to which you have write access.
- 19 Failure to write to configuration file
Although you have created isetup.dat you can not write to it. Please contact support@find-a-drug.com.
- 20 Failure to open configuration file
You may not have permission to open (with write access) isetup.dat. You need it!
- 21 Failure to read configuration file
This implies that the file has become corrupted. Please contact support@find-a-drug.com and attach
a copy of the file (providing it is not very large).
- 22 Connection failed
The most common cause is that the server was busy and refused your connection or you
manually cancelled a dialup connection. This message as an additional error number which indicates
the likely cause of the problem.

- 161 remote file not found
- 12001 no connection made

It is important to specify a new password which is at least 4 characters long.
- 24 Password and confirmation not the same
You probably made a trivial typing error
- 25 think.env creation failure
You probably do have write access to the directory (otherwise there would have been an earlier
message) so perhaps the disk is full.
- 26 Failure to open host file
Check that host.dat is present. If not then your installation is incomplete. If you cannot
account for this then contact support@find-a-drug.com
- 27 Failure to create think.lgo file
You probably do have write access to the directory (otherwise there would have been an earlier
message) so perhaps the disk is full.
- 28 PC already registered with this number
Check your registration e-mail and if necessary re-register. If you were issued the registration
number 0 (zero), then unfortunately the random registration number generated is already in use.
Push the re-try button for another attempt which should be success. If the problem persists
contact support@find-a-drug.com.
- 29 Internal error

- 30 Failure to create node file.
You probably do have write access to the directory (otherwise there would have been an earlier
message) so perhaps the disk is full.
- 31 THINK is running
You must Disable THINK and wait for it to stop or close the THINK window before uninstalling.
Alternatively you can stop the process.
- 32 SERVER is running
You must Disable SERVER and wait for it to stop or stop the server process.
- 33 Format error in host.dat file
You should contact support@find-a-drug.com for a replacement host.dat file which appears to be corrupt.
- 34 Failure to place think.lgo in Start Up folder
You probably do not have write access to neither the All Users nor your own Start Up folder.
Alternatively, the environment variables ALLUSERSPROFILE and USERPROFILE are incorrectly
set (under Windows XP they translate to the All Users and your own Start Up folders).
- 35 Copy file failed
The message gives further information about which file was not copied and its significance.
You probably do not have write access to the destination folder.
